Inspired Beginnings
Ella Mae’s Brew & Flour was born from a love of coffee and a desire to create a welcoming space for all.
It has been a dream of mine to own my own coffee shop and after working in the Medicare field since 2012, it was time to bring that dream to life and create a place to move into the next chapter and could one day be ran by our children.
We had a vision of a place that was inclusive for families and also offered items that weren’t easy to come by in town. As someone with Celiac, it was important to me to offer gluten-free items along with sugar-free flavoring options in our store.
We also wanted to offer some unique items for pets. As dog owners ourselves we look for fun treats and toys for our furry friends and wanted to make sure we offered dog and cat items.
Come check out our merch wall and try some of our coffee, teas, and lemonades. I promise you will want to try them all!
Also, for those of you with kiddos -we have plenty of options here at Ella Mae’s. So be sure to come in and check out our kids area with books, games, and plenty of crafts to keep them busy.

Meet Ella Mae
Ella Mae, our adorable French Bulldog, is the latest addition to our family, joining her three older brothers - Force, Milo, and Oliver.
When choosing a name for our coffee shop, we sought something that evoked warmth and homeliness with a unique flair. Thus, Ella Mae's was born. 'Brew' represents the delightful coffee and tea we serve, while 'Flour' signifies the delicious baked treats we offer.
